- What time is check in and check out?
- C12 noon in both cases.
- Can I leave the room late?
- This always depends on occupancy of the hotel and must be made with previous consultation.
- Can I choose the type of bed in my room? (Large bed – two beds)
- Yes.
- Do the rooms have a balcony or terrace? Can I reserve one?
- Yes, with a request.
- Are there non-smoking rooms?
- All the rooms are non-smoking.
- How many storeys does the building have? Is there a lift?
- There are 3 floors. Yes, we have lift (elevator)
- Is there air conditioning in the rooms? Does it work all year round?
- Yes, there is air-conditioning as well as heating.
- Is your hotel adapted for the handicapped?
- Yes.
- Can you keep my luggage when I leave the room?
- Yes.
- Is there a safe place to park my car? How much does it cost?
- The hotel has its own parking facilities, in communication with the hotel by the lifts. The parking fee is €15 including IVA.
- Does the hotel have an Internet or e-mail terminal for guests?
- Yes, we have WIFI free for guests, and a computer in the hall in order to examine your electronic mail.
- Do you have high-speed internet in the room for my portable computer?Is it wireless?
- Yes to both.
- Do you have a quiet, romantic room? How can I reserve it?
- All four Junior Suites are romantic, peaceful and with wonderful views. You can reserve any of these through any of the usual reservation channels.
- What languages are spoken in Reception?
- Spanish, English, German, Italian, French and Basque.
- Where may I rent a car?
- At the moment, given a poor demand for this service, we cannot make provision for hired cars.
